Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any activities offered by Green and Gold Adventures LLC. By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Participation in Green And Gold Adventures treasure-related activities, events, and hunts is entirely voluntary and undertaken with your own responsibility. While we strive to create safe, enjoyable, and memorable experiences, we cannot guarantee your safety or the preservation of personal property during your participation.

By engaging in any of our activities, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk:

• Treasure hunting often involves physical activity, outdoor exploration, and interaction with natural or man-made environments. These activities may include, but are not limited to, hiking, climbing, and traversing uneven or unpredictable terrain.

• Participants assume all risks associated with these activities, including the risk of injury, illness, or property damage caused by environmental factors, wildlife, weather conditions, or other participants.

2. Personal Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for assessing your physical and mental fitness to participate in treasure hunting activities.

• You must take necessary precautions to protect yourself and others, such as wearing appropriate gear, staying hydrated, and following safety guidelines provided by Green and Gold Adventures.

3. Compliance with Laws:

• Participants must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, including those related to land access, land use, and artifact collection. Any legal violations are the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. Liability Release:

• By participating, you release Green and Gold Adventures LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or accidents that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

• This includes, but is not limited to, harm caused by natural hazards, bodily injury, equipment failure, or conflicts with other participants.

5. Respect for the Environment and Others:

• Participants are expected to respect private and public property, natural habitats, and fellow treasure hunters. Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct are the participant’s responsibility.

6. Minors and Guardian Responsibility:

Participation in any treasure hunt, activity, or service offered requires that minors (individuals under the age of 18) be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety, behavior, and compliance with all rules and regulations. By allowing a minor to participate, the guardian agrees to:

  1. Supervise the minor at all times during the activity.

  2. Ensure the minor follows all safety guidelines and legal requirements.

  3. Accept full liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents involving the minor.

  4. Acknowledge that the organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost items involving minors.

7. Membership & Treasure Eligibility:

To be eligible to claim any treasure, rewards, or prizes associated with our treasure hunts, participants must:

  1. Be an active, paid member – You must be signed up and have an active, fully paid membership at the time of the hunt.

  2. Complete payment before participation – Membership fees must be paid in full before accessing hunt details or claiming any discovered treasures.

  3. Follow all rules and guidelines – Only members who adhere to the official hunt rules and terms are eligible to receive treasure.

  4. No retroactive claims – Treasure or prizes cannot be claimed by individuals who were not active members at the time of discovery.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of any claims to treasure, prizes, or rewards.

8. Treasure Hunt Experience:

• While we take responsibility for curating engaging and entertaining treasure hunts, the outcomes of your search (including the discovery or lack of discovery) depend on your efforts.

Green and Gold Adventures LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in our activities after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in our treasure hunts, you agree to these terms and conditions. Always exercise caution, good judgment, and respect for others and the environment to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone involved.
